1. Independence

Review Đà Lạt does not accept money, gifts or free stays in exchange for positive coverage. If an article involves a partnership, a hosted visit or affiliate links, we say so at the top of the page.

2. First-hand experience

Reviews of places, restaurants and accommodation prioritize the writer’s own visit and state when it happened. Every review has a mandatory “Watch out for” section, because no place is perfect for everyone. When an article is compiled from press reports and public data rather than a visit, we say so clearly.

3. Fact-checking and sources

• Figures, traffic news, weather and events link to government bodies or established newspapers.
• Prices and opening hours carry the month and year they were checked, because they change often.
• We do not use unverifiable claims from social media.

4. Images

Photos are our own or come from clearly licensed sources such as Wikimedia Commons, with the author and licence credited on every image. Any AI-generated illustration is labeled “AI illustration”. See the full list on our image credits page.

5. Updates and corrections

Articles are reviewed regularly. When we find a mistake we fix it promptly and update the date on the page. You can report an error through our contact page.

6. Safety topics

For safety-related topics such as landslides, severe weather and mountain passes, we only summarize and cite official sources, and we recommend following local government announcements before you travel.

7. English edition

The English edition is rewritten for international travelers rather than machine-translated. It uses the same verified facts and prefers English-language sources where they exist.
